Know someone who’s always has coupons? Tell them about the Coupon Train. At its most elemental, all you need is at least two people to start clipping coupons. One person puts all the coupons they don’t want in an envelope and mails it to the next person. They take out the coupons they want and put coupons they don’t want back in. They then mail it to the next person on the list.
